Fortress Festival at The Will Rogers Memorial Center 0 1851

The Fortress Festival is a two-day festival hosted in partnership with Fortress Presents and The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and takes place on the grounds of Will Rogers Memorial Center (85-acre public entertainment, sports, and livestock complex) and the world-renowned Cultural District April 28th – 29th.

Tickets for the 2-Day event start at $89 +Tax & Fees for early bird General admission and $225 +Tax& Fees Early bird VIP tickets.

The Festival will have two outdoor stages and will include hits from Father John Misty, Courtney Barnett, De La Soul, RZA ft. Stone Mecca, Chicano Batman, Tune-Yards, The Voidz, Rapsody, Shabazz Palaces, Hurray For The Riff Raff, Lee Fields and The Expressions, Jay Som, Waxahatchee, The Texas Gentlemen, the Vandoliers, Pearl Earl, Cure for Paranoia, Andy Pickett, Midnight Opera, Henry the Archer and Ronnie Heart.

Don’t forget that in between sets, festival goers can also visit some of the world-class galleries and architecture surrounding the festival grounds.

WWE Money In The Bank at Dickies Arena – July 18, 2021 0 2766

WWE is officially on the road again and along it’s 25-city tour (3 in Texas), it is making a stop in Fort Worth at Dickies Arena this July 2021. For full details, look below.

Dickies Arena was set to host WWE’s Monday Night Raw in March 2020 but the pandemic forced the show to relocate but now, WWE is back again. The tour will officially kick off July 16 in Houston with a Friday Night Smackdown before heading to Fort Worth July 18 then followed by Dallas on July 19. You’ll be able to see your favorite Raw and Smackdown Superstars compete for the Money in the Bank contract. WWE also announced Wrestlmania 38 in Arlington next April 2022 so be on the lookout for the official date early next year.

No doubt this past year has been tough. The Fort Worth Symphony is giving an ode to the country’s perseverance by hosting a one-night virtually and socially distanced performance at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. People can tune in live on WFAA on Channel 8 or go buy tickets to go in person. Either way, you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful masterpieces played by the talented Fort Worth Symphony.
