Water Lantern Festival 0 1489

This water lantern festival is a sight to behold!

Hundreds of lanterns get released into the water at dusk. They cast a warm glow on the lake and look like stars dotting the night sky. If you look even more closely at the lanterns, you’ll see that people have drawn and written special messages on them.

If you come to this festival, you’ll get to write, draw on, and release your own lantern! You’ll also get to grab a bite from one of the food trucks that will be at the event, listen to music, and enjoy quality time with your family and friends.

Tickets for this event cost $30 until March 15th. After that they’ll cost $35, so make sure you get your tickets soon!

WWE Money In The Bank at Dickies Arena – July 18, 2021 0 2552

WWE is officially on the road again and along it’s 25-city tour (3 in Texas), it is making a stop in Fort Worth at Dickies Arena this July 2021. For full details, look below.

Dickies Arena was set to host WWE’s Monday Night Raw in March 2020 but the pandemic forced the show to relocate but now, WWE is back again. The tour will officially kick off July 16 in Houston with a Friday Night Smackdown before heading to Fort Worth July 18 then followed by Dallas on July 19. You’ll be able to see your favorite Raw and Smackdown Superstars compete for the Money in the Bank contract. WWE also announced Wrestlmania 38 in Arlington next April 2022 so be on the lookout for the official date early next year.

No doubt this past year has been tough. The Fort Worth Symphony is giving an ode to the country’s perseverance by hosting a one-night virtually and socially distanced performance at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. People can tune in live on WFAA on Channel 8 or go buy tickets to go in person. Either way, you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful masterpieces played by the talented Fort Worth Symphony.
