The Nutcracker is an absolute Christmas classic! It tells the story of Marie, a young girl who falls asleep on Christmas Eve and has an amazing dream about a Nutcracker Prince and a magical fairytale realm. This ballet has lots of incredible choreography, costumes, music, and sets. Even if you’ve seen it before, it’s definitely worth seeing again to kick off the holiday season and get you in the Christmas spirit!

The Nutcracker starts playing at Bass Performance Hall on December 13th and has shows every weekend until December 29th. Tickets start at just $25, so pick up a few tickets for your family and friends and enjoy the show together!

One of the best parts of summer is attending cookouts, so we can’t wait to go to this one at Alliance Town Center! A bunch of local food trucks are going to be there to serve up some delicious eats. Hiking Event at the Fort Worth Nature Center 0 557

The Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge is a wonderful place to hike! They have a dozen trails with beautiful scenic overlooks and marsh views. That’s why you won’t want to miss this hiking event on Saturday, May 23rd. You’ll be able to hike the trails with an experienced instructor and look for wildflowers, which will be in bloom!

Tickets for the event are $5, which is well worth it. Buy a few tickets for you and your friends, get out there, and enjoy the fresh air!
